Dear representatives of minority NGOs,
If you have the opportunity to be in Geneva on 15 March 2008, you can
apply to participate in a training workshop on the UPR. Please note that
travel expenses are NOT covered. The workshop is targeted especially for
representatives of NGOs from developing countries whose countries are
reviewed through the UPR in 2008-2009 (for the list see
http://www.ohchr.org/EN/HRBodies/UPR/Documents/uprlist.pdf).
Participants from Morocco, Indonesia and Columbia are especially
encouraged to apply. The application materials are attached. For further
