We would like to inform you that the Office for Democratic Institutions
and Human Rights presented the 2006 Annual Report on Hate Crimes in the
OSCE Region: Incidents and Responses during the Human Dimension
Implementation Meeting which was held in Warsaw earlier in October. 
 
The report was developed as part of the ODIHR's mandate to serve as a
collection point for information and statistics on hate crimes and can
be accessed at the Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System
(TANDIS) -

Please note that the ODIHR has a number of printed copies available
which could be mailed to you. In case that you would like to receive a
printed copy of the report, please inform us by responding to this mail
with information on your contact details (full name of the recipient,
address and zip code) and the number of the copies you would need to
have. Please also make sure that the subject of your email reads as
follows: 2006 Hate Crime Report ... printed copies
 
We would also like to mention that the report is currently being
translated into Russian and that this version
of the report will be available early next year.
