Article 7 The Parties shall ensure respect for the right of every person belonging to a national minority to freedom of peaceful assembly, freedom of association, freedom of expression, and freedom of thought, conscience and religion. F. Article 7. 1. Article 21 of the Constitution, affords to every person the right of freedom of peaceful assembly and of association with others, including the right to form and join trade unions for the protection of his interests. 2. The right of association also applies to the formation of companies, societies and other associations functioning for profit (Article 21.6). 3. No person can be compelled to join any association or to continue to be member thereof (Article 21.2).
