Portugal and Kosovo*: adoption of Advisory Committee Opinions
On 5 November 2009, the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention
for the Protection of National Minorities adopted opinions on Portugal
and Kosovo which are restricted for the time-being.
These opinions will now be submitted to the Committee of Ministers,
which is to adopt conclusions and recommendations.

* All reference to Kosovo, whether to the territory, institutions or
population, in this text shall be understood in full compliance with
United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to
