This Mercator-newsletter informs you about the news from the three
Mercator-centres. Mercator Legislation is hosted at the NGO CIEMEN in
Barcelona , Mercator Media at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth and
the Mercator European Research Centre on Multilingualism and Language
Learning (the Mercator Research Centre for short) at the Fryske Akademy
in Ljouwert/Leeuwarden. It appears eleven times a year and is linked to
