OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities
 
The OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities is looking for a
qualified candidate, who will provide advice and assistance to the High
Commissioner on specific aspects of domestic and international legal
issues relating to national minorities. 
 
Background
The institution of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities
(HCNM) was established in 1992 to identify and seek early resolution of
tensions involving national minority issues that might endanger peace,
stability or friendly relations between OSCE participating States.
