This year April, 20 was marked traditionally with neo-nazi assaults on
minorities, with various manifestations and with a raise of the police presence
in the cities. However, foreign students were asked not to leave their
dormitories for several days lest they should be attacked, a fact which proves
the police to be inefficient.
