COMMENTS BY FINLAND ON THE SECOND OPINION OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON
THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF NATIONAL MINORITIES
STRASBOURG, 22.08.2006 � The Comments by Finland on the 2nd Opinion of
the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection
for National Minorities were received to-day and made public at the
initiative of the Government. The Advisory Committee�s Opinion on
Finland was made public on 20 April 2006.
