Salary c. ? 25,500 p.a. (full time + generous pension)

Could you coordinate MRG�s programmes (with a focus on South East
Europe) working closely with partners based in the region?

You will need to be educated to degree level with a good knowledge of
South East Europe including recent political, social and economic
developments. You will need knowledge of human (and minority) rights.
You will also need at least two years project planning/design,
management and implementation experience, as well as some experience of
national and international advocacy and fundraising.

Fundraiser (Maternity Cover)

Salary ?22,000 - ?25,500 p.a.  pro rata (3 days/week)  (Ref:
FUND-GU05)    

MRG has income of ?2 million per annum, most of which is raised from
large applications to major donors. Your will be central to preparing
and submitting applications to these donors as well as nurturing staff
within donor organizations and ensuring reports are complete and
submitted on time. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of fundraising
including applications to major donors such as DfID, other governments,
the EU, and the Big Lottery Fund. You will be organized, able to
prioritise, and flexible enough to handle research and first contacts,
through submitting technical applications and reports. Commitment to
minority rights essential.
