Web Editor/IT Manager
Your profile:
You have a background in IT Management and Network Maintenance and have
developed your skills in the direction of web content management,
editorial screening of texts and uploading documents on the web. You
have excellent MS package and other formatting and layout skills. HTML
skills are an asset.
You can support a small team of researchers in their task of presenting
their work electronically and in print.
You are dedicated, hard-working and look for a challenging
work-environment.
Your expectations:
You like to work with people and support them with the above services.
You like to organise your own work in a team-spirited way.
You are stress-proof, dedicated and like to have varying tasks on your
plate.
You expect a long-term perspective for a career.
Start date: as soon as possible
Executive Secretary to the Senior Management
Your profile:
You have a secretarial education with at least 2 years experience and
you are a native or close-to-native English speaker. You have excellent
skills in organising diaries, travels and meetings including meeting
preparation, correspondence and pro-active organisational planning for
the two Directors.
You are service-minded, dedicated, flexible and stress-proof.
Research and Editorial Assistant to the Director
Your profile:
You have an MA in/related to International Relations/International Law.
You have experience in relation to challenging international projects
and conflict transformation.
You have editorial experience at a high level of academic publishing.
You are a native or near-native English speaker.
Your expectations:
You like to work with ambitious people and support them with your
organisational talent in the above areas.
You like to organise your own work in a team-spirited way.
You are stress-proof, dedicated and like to have varying tasks on your
plate.
You expect a long-term perspective for a career.
