Please note that the Council of Europe Secretariat of the FCNM has a new
website address http://www.coe.int/T/E/human_rights/minorities/ which is
in principle a duplicate of the old website albeit in a standardised
presentation. The novelty is the availability of all documents in PDF
format.

The site is still subject to improvement especially with regard to the
order in which the documents appear, but we hope you will nevertheless
find the site useful and look forward to your comments/suggestions.  The
French version is accessible under the following address
