For Indigenous and Minority Rights NGOs, Activists and campaigners!

The Foundation for the Research and Support of Indigenous Peoples of
Crimea has translated into Russian the following publications by MRG
International: 
- "European Framework Convention on the National Minorities: Guide for
NGOs" 
- "International Convention on the Eliminationa of the Rasial
Discrimination: Guide for NGOs"

Now we are printing this extremely useful manuals and are planning to
disseminate them among those who has everyday agenda of the Indigenous,
Minority, Racial, Linguistic, Religious and Ethnic Groups Human Rights.
