CALL FOR PAPERS

I would be very glad to receive (any time during August) proposals
(title and short abstract) for contributions to a conference stream in
the Critical Legal Conference 2002, to be held on 6-8 September 2002
at the University of North London.

The details of the stream are as follows:

Minorities, Nationalism and Ethnic Conflict

This stream brings together lawyers, political scientists,
sociologists, anthropologists and philosophers in order to navigate
the treacherous rapids between primordialism and social
constructivism. Are minority rights no more than the aggregate of
individual rights? Will procedures and mechanisms save minorities from
ethnic cleansing? Is liberalism the only answer?
