'Cities and regions: cultural diversity - A precondition for a united
Europe'. Access to culture is a universal right, and municipalities
and regions have a crucial role to play in contributing to effective

co-operation networks and partnerships between them. These
partnerships and cultural exchanges must be developed rapidly and on a
large scale in order to bridge the vast gaps remaining between the
various local and regional authorities. Price: 13/ US$20, ISBN
