Dear MINELRES list members, 

The Christmas holidays are coming, and we announce the usual Christmas
break in the MINELRES functioning. Within some 10 days to come, we
will not bother you with our postings, often containing troubling and
even tragic news. 

This year was remarkable for the MINELRES team particularly because of
establishment of COMIR - the international network of NGOs dealing
with the resources on (and for) minorities. We are sure that this
community will expand, will become stronger, and will effectively
contribute into the further development of minority protection on our
small Eartn. 

We wish you all, regardless of your faith, belief, skin color or
mothertongue, happy holidays - and peace in your hearts in the coming
new millenium! 

We will meet again in cyberspace in the first days of the next
January.
