Dear MINELRES readers:
 
We have received a request for information regarding ethnic Ukrainians
and Russians living in Romania, specifically if there is any evidence
that individuals belonging to these groups have been discriminated
against.
 
As ECMI is not a monitoring group and, in any case, has not received
any evidence that there is discrimination against Ukranians or
Russians in Romania, we thought that we would also put the question to
the MINELRES list, in particular for experts from the NGO community
dealing with human rights in Romania.
