Dear friends,

with kindly help of my German colleague Bernhard Clasen, I have established
the new Internet resource page on the human rights situation in Azerbaijan.
There are regular publications of Human Rights Center of Azerbaijan,
including the special monthly press review on the situation in the Lezgin
regions of Azerbaijan and Russia. The second issue of every weekly bulletin 
(e.g., #46.2 or #24.2) includes the review of press articles on ethnic
issues as well as the information on forced migration and armed conflict
over Nagorno-Karabakh. The URL is:
