Scholarships in Human Rights Studies - 2000/2001
Network Scholarship Programs, OSI-Budapest
The NSP announce the OSI/FCO Chevening/Essex Scholarships in Human
Rights Studies. This scholarship program will enable qualified
students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan
and Uzbekistan to pursue taught postgraduate programs at the Centre
for Human Rights at the University of Essex. The two programs offered
are the MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights and the LLM in
International Human Rights Law. Application forms, together with
information about the courses, are available at the national
foundations (in Turkmenistan, at the British Embassy). The deadline
for applications is January 31, 2000.
