To whom it may concern:

Please post to the relevant website/listserv the attached Call for
Papers for the 5th Annual Convention of the Association for the Study
of Nationalities in April 2000.  This is the same document that we
asked you to post 6-8 weeks ago. The December 9th deadline for
proposals is fast approaching, so we are asking you to post the Call
for Papers again as a reminder to your listserv's subscribers. Please
send me a confirmation that you have received this e-mail and that
posting was successful.  Thank you.
