Dear colleagues, 

Since late September I can't reach via email anymore two Bulgaria's NGOs
who are subscribed to the list: Bulgarian Helsinki Commitee
([email protected]) and Committee for Protection of Minorities
([email protected]). As email agent notifies, the both addresses "have
permanent fatal errors". Maybe somebody is in touch with the Bulgarian
colleagues and is aware of what the matter is (email addresses changed,
server down etc)? I will be grateful for any clarifications.
