I would be highly interested in obtaining the "document providing an
overview of participation of minorities in decision-making processes
which was prepared under the Joint Programme between the European
Commission and the Council of Europe entitled Minorities in Central
European Countries" mentioned in the previous message. Please advise
me how to obtain it...
