In these pages we have tried to include all documents (press releases,
articles, reports, etc.) issued by reliable human rights NGOs and some
IGOs and governments concerning human rights issues in the Balkans.
Naturally, at this stage, the site (an evolution of the old Greek
Helsinki Monitor -GHM- site) is far from complete but includes almost
all documents distributed by GHM's listerve. In any case, all
comments, suggestions, criticism are welcome.
