>From the moderator: The fact of circulation of the following
announcment does not mean that MINELRES agrees with or supports the
content of these lists or the ideas of the list owners. Here we would
like to refer to our comments to the MINELRES posting of 6 March, 2000
(see MINELRES archive at
http://racoon.riga.lv/minelres/archive//03062000-16:51:38-361.html ),
for it seems that the author of that posting might be the same as the
owner of one of the lists mentioned below. Nevertheless, being strong
supporters of the idea of freedom to distribute information, we
believe that MINELRES readers might be interested in the following
announcement.

---------------
This is a piece of information on the mailing lists
"national-liberation" and "freeallminorities".
* NATIONAL-LIBERATION
http://www.egroups.com/community/national-liberation
It is a public independent mailing list.
The topic: issues of occupied, non-self-governing, oppressed and
unrecognized nations, national liberation movements, unrecognized
governments and administrations, promotion of campaigns their
self-determination, relations and co-operation among them and
promotion of unity among these liberation movements and institutions.
However, nowadays it seems that its conception is quite unclear, I am
not sure about its future. We will need to consider it more.
