ECMI Job Announcement
International Lawyer with Expertise in Minority Rights
To support its work on the European Framework Convention on National
Minorities and the European Charter on Regional or Minority Languages,
and to assist in its action-oriented projects related to South Eastern
Europe and the Caucasus region, ECMI is hoping to appoint a Visiting
Research Associate for a period of 12 months. A longer appointment
could emerge. The successful applicant will have completed a masters
with a specialization in international law and have a proven interest
in minority rights and in the use of law as a means of conflict
management. The post is based at ECMI headquarters in Flensburg,
Germany, and involves foreign travel. Pay is in the region of DM 5.500
gross per month.
