IHF Report 1997, Russia Section

This year I assisted the International Helsinki Federation in compiling 
this part of the IHF Annual Report due to a problem in Moscow. The final 
version of the full Report will be printed in a week or so.

I am asked however by the IHF to make it available by WWW - so it has now 
joined the IHF 1996 Russia Section at the addresses below in the Human 
Dignity section, subheading Human Rights.
