Minority Rights Group is an international NGO working to secure rights
for ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities across the world and
to promote cooperation and understanding between communities.

Minority rights is one of the defining issues for global stability and
MRG is uniquely placed to make a difference. You will lead and manage
all aspects of our work, developing a vision for the future that
inspires staff, members and supporters alike.  You will represent MRG
at a wide variety of international fora, in the role of a high level
advocate, brokering solutions for minority rights issues.

A hands-on, energetic and committed leader, with management and
fundraising experience, you will have a diplomatic approach coupled
with a sound understanding of human rights and regional and
international political systems.

As someone with an international perspective, you will be sensitive to
cultural difference and the dynamics of cross-cultural working.
