This is the second issue of the "IHF Periodic Reports from the OSCE
Region" which the IHF publishes on a regular basis. It contains
information on recent human rights issues in some participating states
of the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); it
is provided by IHF member committees and partner NGOs. The IHF does
not intend to issue a political statement concerning the countries and
their respective issues described in this report. For more information
