Re: Press Release: Denunciation of Violation of Mail
Confidentiality
Dear Greek colleagues,
I'm really envying to your "hard" situation, because of ALL letters
addressed to the Human Rights Center of Azerbaijan come in the damaged mode.
They are permanently delaying, especially invitations to the international
meetings. The local colleagues are in the same situation. We thank God that
the letters come at all. Several years ago they could simply disappeared.
As for the art.32 of Azerbaijani Constitution warranted the confidentiality
of private life, . . Ten years ago, we have built the Communist paradise on
the Lenin's scriptures, now we are building a democracy on own Constitution.
Your protest against the cutted corner of the letter would be impressive
sample of our "luminous future".
I guess that it has been the reason why the Moderator placed your letter to
the MINELRES-list.
Best wishes,
Eldar Zeynalov.
