NGO Website

Dear Friends,

Our NGO website is now up and running.  It was created to contribute to the
flow of information among Central and Eastern European NGOs.  Its purpose is
to continue the networking which started during the International Human
Rights Training Programme (IHRTP) in Montreal and to provide access to
resources in human rights education.  

This version of the website will include:

- information on the IHRTP
- information related to our regional programmes (i.e. Regional Programme on
Refugees and Migration: Moscow: November 1996)
- articles and an annoted bibliography on human rights education in primary
and secondary schools)
- information on our legal information and research service.
