According to the Presidential decree of June 13 "About the improvement
of the education system of Azerbaijan Republic", there is established
the Baku Slavic University at the basis of the Azerbaijan State
Teacher's Institute of Russian Language and Literature.
 
The logistical problems must be solved during next two months.
