Ukrainian NGOs' parallel report of the Programme of Action


Dear Boris,

Seven Ukrainian NGOs prepared a Parallel Report on implementation of
the Programme of Action of the CIS Conference, covering the period
between June 1998 - June 1999. It is intended for distribution among
the participants of the Annual Session of the Steering Group and NGOs
Consultation in Geneva, June 22-26. The text is rather lengthy, but
I'll send it to you as an attachment. If somebody is interested in it,
you should feel free to use it.
