PER Bulletin No.13
Princeton-based Project on Ethnic Relations (PER) was founded in 1991 in
anticipation of the serious inter-ethnic conflicts that were to erupt
following the collapse of Communism in Central and Eastern Europe and
the former Soviet Union. PER conducts programs of intervention and
dialogue and has served as a neutral mediator in several major disputes
in the region. PER also conducts programs of training, education, and
research at international, national, and community levels. President:
Allen H.Kassof.
The last issue of PER Bulletin (No.13, winter/spring 1998) contains the
