Dear all:
 
Has anybody the texts of judgements of the European Court of Human
Rights defines the death penalty as a cruel penalty (f.i. Judgement ¹
CCt/3/94, June 6, 1995)? If yes, please send me such excerpts.

("1" instead of "0" in the end for advanced search). Anyway, probably
