Query: privatization of NGOs?

Query: privatization of NGOs?


I am looking at any information regarding the privatization of NGOs. 
Has anything been put out on that subject? Following interviews with
staff members of MSF, CARE, and World Vision, and having done a
literature review I see that this is something that most NGOs would be
very hostile towards. However, a recent CARE report suggested that
that may be the only option ut, in some cases of complex humanitarian
emergencies.  If anybody has information that they would share with me
on this subject, I would be much obliged.
