HRCC Human Rights April Report
Human Rights Co-ordination Centre (HRCC) is a co-operative effort of
OHR, OSCE, OHCHR, UNMiBH and UNHCR within the Office of the High
Representative
The HRCC Human Rights Monthly Report is based on the regular and
special reporting of inter-governmental and non-governmental
organisations. The aim of the Report is to provide a concise overview
of human rights issues, cases and trends affecting the overall human
rights situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the reporting
period. Questions on specific items should be directed to the
reporting organisation or to the HRCC. Please send information for
inclusion in the report to 387-71-447-420 to the attention of Bela
