Dear MINELRES subscribers, 

Sorry - again a short break in sending out MINELRES list postings...
The list moderator leaves for the seminar on 'Minorities and
Majorities in Estonia: Problems of integration at the threshold of the
EU' organized by the European Centre for Minority Issues. I believe
that participants of the seminar (many of whom are subscribed to the
list) will share their impressions about the event afterwards. The
agenda looks impressive, and I expect many interesting presentations.
