In response to your request for information regarding trainers in
conflict prevention and resolution, I can offer the following contact:
The Ukrainian Mediation Group (UMG) is a network of conflict
resolution and mediation centers throughout Ukraine. The trainers are
very skilled and have studied and practiced mediation and conflict
resolution not only in Ukraine, but in other regions of the former
Soviet Union as well as in other countries. Nikolai Borisov, the
Director of the UMG, may be able to refer you to trainers in Latvia.
