Dear colleagues, 

The MINELRES moderator will be away for more than a week (at the seminar on
Managing Diversity in Plural Societies in Kyev and Simferopol) after May 19.
However, within the coming days my assistant will mail some materials
arrived lately (in particular, info on the Polish journal "Issues of
Nationality", excerpts from the latest CCPPP Newsletter No.7, resolution of
the seminar on Russian education in the Baltic states, the OCSE
documentation request form and others). Thus, the list will be kept alive :-
) Yet, I am afraid that as to queries and similar things we will have to
wait until the moderator is back, sorry about this. The list will function
again in the full scale after May 28.
