INCORE is the Initiative on Conflict Resolution and Ethnicity of the  United
Nations University and the University of Ulster.

INCORE has just produced the first editions of INCORE guides to  internet
resources on conflict and ethnicity in:

Russia, Chechnya, Tajikistan, Afghanistan.
