Dear Boris.
 
Just a little note to congratulate you on this first anniversary. I
think you are doing a very good job and hope the work continues. It is
indeed very important to continue to exchange ideas and information
about the minority rights situation in Eastern Europe. Although some
of us in the "West" may feel that our record (as our economic
situation) is better, I have found over the last few years that we
have plenty to learn - especially in relation to invisible walls!

I think that the exchange has broadened over the past year and the
website with its links is also very useful.
