Bulgaria HAS ratified the Convention.
It is the second time we get this inaccurate information about them
from such a source!!

>From the moderator: The official list of signatures and ratifications
(http://www.coe.fr/tablconv/157t.htm) says that Bulgaria only signed
the Convention on 09/10/97, while the entry for ratification remains
blank. May this be connected with the formalities (depositing etc.)?
