Urgent query on Azeris in Armenia today


Could anyone give me informations about the situation of Azeris in
Armenia today? Is U.S. Department of State, Country Reports on Human
Rights Practices 2000, right when saying "Several hundred Azeris or
persons of mixed heritage still living in the country maintain a low
profile in the face of societal discrimination". What means "maintain
a low profile"?
