Dear friends:
 
I am an attorney in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and have represented a
number of Gypsies from Bulgaria in Asylum cases.

I am presently representing a family from Kazalnak and need an expert
who can testify on July 19, 2001 in Baltimore Pennsylvania on
conditions in Bulgaria toward Gypsies. The family has little income
and resources. There case is compelling, however, and I am certain
authentic. If you could provide me with a list of qualified experts,
I'd greatly appreciate it.
