Freedom of Expression and Access to Information in CSEE


Dear all, 

The MINELRES database received the report of the regional seminar on
the Implementation of Freedom of Expression and Access to Information
in Central and South East Europe. The seminar was held in Warsaw, 3-4
December 1999, within A Multi-national Program of NGO Human Rights
Cooperation in the Framework of the Royaumont Process. The report is
available to all interested persons and organisations by request (455
Kb in .doc format). 

We would like to thank Nina Wessel (International Helsinki Federation
for Human Rights) for sending this report to us.
