New reports on Human Rights in Moldova


Please find attached the draft report on the Human Rights developments
in the Republic of Moldova over the period of 2001 and report for
2000. As the matter is of urgent concern, the Moldovan Helsinki
Committee decided to make public the draft report for 2001 before
finalizing it thru.

The finalised 2001 report will be ready in February 2002.
