ON COMMUNICATION

This Law specifies the legal, economic, and organizational frameworks of activities in the communication sector in Ukraine and stipulates the relationships of communication enterprises, associations, institutions and organizations with the bodies of state executive authorities, local administrations and consumers of communication services, as well as peculiarities of the sector connected with the special public interests.

Article 17. Use of Languages in the Communication
The communication language within the Ukraine is Ukrainian and languages of other nationalities, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
