On the access to the consultation of the record documents and instruments which are to be found at the rightful organs, in relation to the history of the national minorities and the legal situation of the real estates which belonged to the organisations (communities) of citizens belonging to national minorities

1. The prefects, the boards of the financial administrations of the National Archive shall make the record documents and instruments related to the history of the national minorities and to the legal situation of the real estates which belonged to the organisations (communities) of citizens belonging to national minorities available for the representatives of the rightful organisations of the citizens belonging to national minorities, members of the Council for National Minorities, indicated in annex no. 1.
If the representatives of the organisations of citizens belonging to national minorities, members of the Council for National Minorities, request copies of the respective documents, the rightful organs shall make them available, within the purview of the law in force.
2. The record documents and instruments shall be made available for the representatives of the organisations belonging to national minorities, members of the Council for National Minorities, on the basis of a delegation issued by the leading organs of the above mentioned organisations, according to the model presented in annex no. 2.
3. The study, copying and use of the respective documents shall take place in accordance with the Law no. 16/1996 on the National Archives.
