Art. 1

The buildings and the land running with them included in the annex - which is integral part of the present urgency government order -- and which belonged to the communities (organizations, religious cults) of citizens belonging to national minorities from Romania and became part of the property of the Romanian state by means of constraint, confiscation, nationalization or deceiving manoeuvres, are restored to the owners or their inheritors.

Art. 2

(1) In order to verify the fulfilment of the conditions provided under art. 1, within 30 days from the date of coming into force of the present urgency government order, a special committee is set up which is formed, on equality basis, of the representatives of the Government and the communities indicated in the annex.

(2) The committee shall determine the inheritors within the communities who will recover the ownership over the claimed real estates and shall complete, on the basis of identity documents, the documentation for each real estate separately.

(3) The committee shown in this article is also empowered to examine, by respecting the same procedures, the restoring requests related to other real estates from this category which belonged to the communities of citizens belonging to national minorities from Romania. After the identification of these real estates, the committee shall submit adequate proposals to the Government.

Art. 3

The alienating of the ownership over the real estates indicated in art. 1 shall take place at the time of signing the handing over-taking over protocols between the present holder of the real estate and the determined inheritors, with concrete reference to the rights of the present holders.
