LOCAL INTEREST IN CULTURE

Article 7

(1) Local interest in culture, in the meaning of this law, is the culture that is of importance to the citizens of the units of self government.

(2)The local interest in culture, it's size and it's realization is defined by the general acts of the units of self-government.

(3) The local interest in culture is financed by an act of the unit of self-government according to law.

Section 4

NATIONAL INTEREST IN CULTURE

Article 8

(2) The national interest in culture includes:

(2.3) The encouragement of variety and differences in culture;

(2.6) Care for the cultural development and the realization of the cultural rights of the Macedonian minority and emigrant population abroad;
