§ 78
Committees

(2) Region, at which territory according to the last census of the population live at least 5% citizens declaring nationality other than Czech; creates committee on issues of national minorities. An association formed according to special legal regulations shall delegate committee members, who are also representatives of national minorities; half of the committee shall consist of members of national minorities.
